Mapster

Delivery

Every map comes with a download link. You can also add one SD card to your order, with every map in the order on it, posted to a PostNet branch.

Download link

Included with every map · works in any country

  1. 1Pay on PayFast. Once PayFast confirms the payment, we email your download links and invoice to the address you entered, and the links appear on your order page.
  2. 2Each map has its own link. It works for 30 days and allows 5 downloads of each file, so save the file somewhere safe once you have it.
  3. 3Copy the file onto a microSD card, not inside a folder, put the card in your Lowrance and select the Mapster map from the chart menu. The menu names vary a little between models.

Download links work anywhere. If you're outside South Africa, download the maps and copy them onto your own microSD card.

SD card by PostNet

R350 per order, postage included · South Africa only

  1. 1Click Add SD card in your basket or at the checkout. One 32GB card carries every map in the order, however many there are.
  2. 2At the checkout, enter Your PostNet branch - the branch you'll collect from - and your Cell number, which PostNet uses to let you know the card has arrived.
  3. 3Cards are written and posted within 2 working days. PostNet-to-PostNet delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. When the card is posted we email you the tracking number.
  4. 4Collect the card when PostNet sends the SMS, put it in your Lowrance and select the Mapster map from the chart menu.

You still get a download link for every map, so you can load the maps onto a card of your own while this one is in the post.

Good to know

Tracking
The tracking number is in the email we send when the card is posted, and on your order page. You can follow it at postnet.co.za/tracking.
Choosing a branch
Type the branch name the way PostNet lists it. Example: PostNet Umhlanga. You can look it up at postnet.co.za/stores.
Collection
PostNet holds a parcel for a limited time after the SMS, so please collect it soon and take your ID. An uncollected parcel comes back to us, and posting it again costs extra.
Public holidays and long weekends
Working days don't include weekends or South African public holidays, so around Easter and December the card takes longer. Your download links arrive as soon as payment is confirmed either way.

If something goes wrong with a delivery, the refund policy explains what we do about it. You can also contact us with your order number.
